Working Principle

  • Material Preparation: Mixed materials are crushed and milled into uniform particles (0.1–5mm).
  • Feeding: The vibrating feeder evenly distributes materials onto the roller surface.
  • Electrostatic Separation: Under the high-voltage field, conductive particles lose charge quickly and are thrown off by centrifugal force, while non-conductive particles remain attached to the drum due to electrostatic attraction.
  • Collection: The materials are separated into conductive and non-conductive fractions by adjustable splitters.
  • The entire process is physical, requiring no chemicals and generating no secondary pollution.
