Working Principle
- Material Preparation: Mixed materials are crushed and milled into uniform particles (0.1–5mm).
- Feeding: The vibrating feeder evenly distributes materials onto the roller surface.
- Electrostatic Separation: Under the high-voltage field, conductive particles lose charge quickly and are thrown off by centrifugal force, while non-conductive particles remain attached to the drum due to electrostatic attraction.
- Collection: The materials are separated into conductive and non-conductive fractions by adjustable splitters.
