The Waste Home Appliance Recycling Line is a comprehensive recycling system specially designed for processing discarded refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, and other large household appliances.
Through mechanical shredding, magnetic separation, air separation, and eddy current separation, the system efficiently separates and recovers valuable materials such as metals, plastics, foam, and glass.
Equipped with PLC intelligent control and dust collection system, it ensures efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly operation.
Application Scope
Applicable for recycling and processing various types of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), including:

Working Flow
- Feeding System：Waste appliances are conveyed into the primary shredder;
- Primary Shredding：Twin-shaft shredder breaks appliances into smaller pieces;
- Secondary Crushing & Screening：High-speed crusher further grinds materials and separates by size via vibrating screen;
- Magnetic Separation：Extracts ferrous metals such as iron;
- Eddy Current Separation：Recovers non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum;
- Air & Gravity Separation：Separates light materials (plastic, foam) from heavier metals;
- Dust Collection System：Multi-stage dust removal ensures a clean, pollution-free workshop;
- Material Output：Produces high-purity metal, plastic, and foam for reuse or resale.
