Product Overview
The YUXI Copper Wire Recycling Line is an environmentally friendly system designed for recycling waste electrical cables and wires. Through mechanical crushing, air separation, and electrostatic separation, it efficiently separates copper and plastic for resource recovery. The entire line adopts a dry-type, fully enclosed design with no water pollution or secondary emissions, featuring high automation and continuous operation.
Application
This recycling system is widely used for:
Waste household wires, communication cables, automotive harnesses;
Mixed wires, motor wires, fine copper wires, appliance internal wires;
Industrial scrap cables and building wiring materials.
It can process copper-core, aluminum, mixed, and fine cables of various types.
Working Process
Feeding:Waste cables are fed into the crusher via conveyor.
Crushing: The crusher cuts cables into small granules (about 3–5mm).
Air Separation: The airflow separator separates heavy copper particles from lighter plastic materials.
Electrostatic Separation (Optional): Further separation of fine copper particles ensures 99.9% copper purity.
Collection: The separated copper and plastic are collected separately and can be directly reused or sold.
