Product Overview
The metal baler is a recycling machine designed to compress and bale various types of metal scraps into uniform blocks (rectangular or cylindrical). Using a powerful hydraulic system, it compresses loose metal waste into dense, manageable bales, making storage, transportation, and smelting more efficient. It is widely used in metal recycling yards, scrap processing plants, steel mills, and non-ferrous metal recycling enterprises.

Application Scope
Metal balers are suitable for compressing a wide range of metal materials, such as:
- Scrap steel, iron, and steel plate offcuts;
- Aluminum, copper, and lead scraps;
- Used bicycles, car shells, cans, and light metal waste;
- Depending on the material and site requirements, horizontal, vertical, or gantry-type balers can be selected.

Working Principle
- Feeding: Scrap metals are fed into the compression chamber via conveyor or manually.
- Compression: The hydraulic cylinder applies strong pressure from multiple directions (side, top, or front) to compress metals into dense blocks.
- Baling: After compression, the automatic ejector pushes out the finished bale.
- Discharging/Collection: The compact metal bales are ready for stacking or direct transportation.
- The system is controlled by a PLC program, ensuring easy operation, high automation, and reliable safety.
Advantages & Features
- High Compression Efficiency: Reduces metal volume to 1/5–1/10 of the original size.
- Automatic Operation: PLC control for automatic pressing, ejecting, and resetting.
- Energy-Saving & Eco-Friendly: Minimizes oxidation and reduces transportation and carbon emissions.
- Robust Structure: Made of high-strength welded steel, wear-resistant, and long-lasting.
- Easy Maintenance: Modular design with accessible hydraulic and electrical layouts.
- Strong Adaptability: Customizable compression force, chamber size, and bale discharge type based on user requirements.
